Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing gold deposits in the world famous Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt in Tanzania, East Africa.
On August 7, 2009 Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. completed a share exchange agreement with Kilimanjaro Mining Company, Inc. Lake Victoria Mining Company through the share exchange has now expanded the Company's property portfolio to 8 Gold Projects consisting of 34 Prospecting Licenses (PL) and 84 Primary Mining Licenses (PML). All of these licenses are within the United Republic of Tanzania, East Africa.
