Geological Team
The Company's chief geologist, Clive King holds a BSc honours degree from the University of Swansea, Wales and an MSc degree in Geology from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa and heads up a team of geologists that is based in the United Republic of Tanzania to explore the Company's 11 gold projects.
The following is a brief summary of the wealth of experience these geologists bring to Lake Victoria Mining Company as a team:
- The team has the expertise to identify gold, uranium and other mineral resource properties using disciplined criteria for acquisition, as outlined by Lake Victoria Mining Company.
- All local geologists have their degrees from the University of Dar es Salaam. From time to time the Company has hired consultants from outside of the country to satisfy the need for advanced experience in their field of exploration.
- This team of geologists has extensive experience from grassroots projects right up to advanced mining production, acquiring such experience working with established mining companies like Barrick.
The company has sought to enlist the talent of domestic geologists, due to their intimate knowledge of their countries geology.
